Spec-ID, a leading innovator in commercial construction product data Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, announces a strategic pricing adjustment to address the challenges posed by rising operating costs and inflation. This decision is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional value and ensuring the sustainability of our services. The increase will be effective at the 2024 renewal date for existing subscribers and January 1, 2024, for new subscribers.

To maintain the quality and reliability of our SaaS solutions, we find it necessary to implement a moderate price adjustment to our annual subscription fees and Specialized Services with no increase to our Project Management Packages. This adjustment will allow us to continue investing in innovation, providing best-in-class support, and ensuring the long-term success of our valued customers.
